Tyler Pinn - New Era Australia

A rare opportunity to collaborate with and help a global sporting icon and celebrate the 100 year anniversary of New Era through the history of Australian football, more specifically Victorian football.

With a focus on the 1920s, the genesis of New Era, this project was part design and part historical research. Working closely with the AFL we dug through the archives of footy history and brought back graphics from a bygone era, some which haven't been seen for upto 100 years. Restored the original brands to clubs that have left town and used defunct team nicknames that have been lost to time.
